School Bus cards have arrived. Students must pick them up from the front office and sign for them. We are hopeful to have received a card for everyone that registered. At the end of the week, I will send an email to transportation of any names who did not receive a card. If you received an email from transportation stating your child was approved but did not receive a card, please forward it to me so I can include it. In the meantime, students should take the bus to and from school. Transportation FAQ’s

ATHLETICS, SPORTS TEAMS, TEAM MEETINGS AND GAME ANNOUNCEMENTS

Parkland’s rowing team attended the City Championship Regatta on the weekend.  Saturday's racing was unfortunately cut short due to high winds so Parkland’s favourites in the double, Layla and Corinna didn’t get to make a run for the win after their win at October Sprints.  The novice quad with Chin i, Lionel, Pietro and Cohen who were undefeated at October Sprints did not get the chance to defend their title. On Sunday, Corinna finished first in her speed category in the single sculls event.  Layla, Harlow, Jemma and Marie had a fourth place finish in the Open 4X event for their speed category.
