*** Volleyball practice Monday’s after school until 5:30. Everyone is welcome!

*** Big Day today for lots of amazing Panthers!!  Keira Patterson is competing in the Nationals Skills Competition in Winnipeg for Photography!  We wish them all the best in this two-day competition!!  Go Keira!!!  You can watch live Skills Canada Youtube live stream

*** The Track and Field team is competing on day 2 of the Islands:
Day 1 had Ruby Broadbent set an Island Record in the 3000m with a time of 9:41 and won the 800m in convincing fashion.  Hector did amazing in his time final of the 800m Sr. Boys.

*** Today Jackson Murray looks to win the Islands in Speed walking, and Hannah is looking for a top 3 finish in RW1500m.  Ruby looks to take a third race in the 1500 m. and make triple golden Islands!

Marti and Igancio look to qualify for the BC's in Speed Walking or Steeple Chase and Hector will run to qualify for the BC's in 1500m.

Camosun College is offering an Indigenous Trades in Training sampler program for Indigenous students, 12 weeks, starting in July. The program is fully funded, and students will have the opportunity to try several different trades!
