*** All students today, regular schedule. School Buses arrive at their regular time, after 3:10.

*** School start up packages have been distributed, please have a look, sign all the forms and return to the office by Sept 15. Thank you!

*** The first yearbook meeting is Monday at lunch in Room 301. If you can not make it, please email Ms. Hardy, hhardy@saanichschools.ca

*** Leadership class starts on Tuesday at lunch in the Theatre.

PAC is having their first PAC on Monday September 18th at 7PM in the library. Please join us!

*** EducationPlannerBC and SD 63 invite parents, families, and student supporters to join their virtual workshop: Parents as Education and Career Coaches (PECC) on Wednesday November 8, 2023, from 6:30pm to 8pm. Learn how you can support your student in planning for their future. The information will be especially helpful for families with students in Grades 10-12.
The session is engaging and informative, and includes a website tour followed by a Q&A.

 Topics include:

  • B.C.’s post-secondary education landscape, including institutions and credentials
  • Program and admission requirements, and application dates
  • Costs of post-secondary and options for financial aid
  • Career exploration resources
  • Using new tools such as My List to save and compare programs
  • Applying for admission through EducationPlannerBC.ca

The School District has implemented a new reporting system for students to access their report cards and time tables. Students can sign in with Saanich Reporting.

For all leadership students, class will start next Tuesday at lunch in the theatre.

Youth Health Clinic is every Thursday night 5:30-7:30 @ Shoreline Medical Clinic.

The Greater Victoria Green Team is hosting some upcoming  hands-on environmental stewardship
activities in partnership with the Town of Sidney, and would love to see you there! On Saturday, September 9th and Saturday, September 23rd from 9:45am - 1pm they will be removing invasive plants from Peter Grant Park.
